wendy and carlos at the front desk were amazing they bent over backwards to help us several times i felt cared for the staff showed real dedication to. the hotel's attentiveness really made a difference. i cannot express enough how much their help and kindness meant to me.
at check in, i requested cleaning service for my room every day cleaning was not done on day one or two. i went to the front desk to enquire on the status, and i was told there was no notification in the system. it took three attempts to get trash removed and towels replaced.

Marjorie's kindness was such a highlight. She always made sure everyone felt welcome and had everything they needed. Breakfast had so many choices. It was easy to find something tasty. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodated my requests.
The elevators felt rather slow. I think that one or more may need some repair.
